Our commissary kitchen in Indianapolis is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you book the time that fits your schedule, including nights and weekends. Members get three complete kitchens, a baker's corner, commercial-grade equipment, and secured dry, cool, and frozen storage by the month. Whether you run a food truck, a catering company, or a packaged food business, our commercial kitchen rental gives you the licensed space to launch and grow.
How to become a member
Becoming a member is simple. Complete the membership interest form to get started. We will walk you through the membership agreement and the Marion County Public Health Department commissary approval required to operate. Once you are approved and set up, you book your kitchen time and start cooking.
Our Standard Plan gives you 12-month access with a four-hour monthly minimum. Book the time you need, when you need it. Rates are billed at the beginning of each month.
Built for food entrepreneurs who operate during peak months. The Seasonal Plan gives you eight months of access, billed monthly with a four-hour minimum, from March through October.
Need the kitchen for a single session? One-time use requires a non-refundable $275 permit fee, a $300 refundable security deposit and $45-$75+/hour with a five-hour minimum.

Food truck businesses sign up for Shared Kitchen Membership, and their plan includes four hours of prep time, plus other amenities. Our location allows you to dispose of your water and store your dry good and refrigerated products.
